unprofessional waiterrude behavior
I found a waiter at the rooftop bar quite unprofessional and rude. She seemed to give nasty looks. she snatched the menu from my hands when i asked for the food menu. this contrasted with the positive service i received on other days.

the hotel features nespresso coffee and bottled water in each room i found the beds comfortable with several types of feather pillows provided the staff were responsive and kind and offered excellent service the rooftop infinity pool provided a fine view of the city i met rio who was very kind.
the music played at the rooftop bar reached my room and made it difficult to sleep

THE gym has a good range of equipment. It features three treadmills. I also SAW two stationary bikes. BREAKFAST offered a wide selection of both Asian and Western dishes. I especially liked the pastries. THE room featured a large bathtub. IT was GREAT.
THE wifi signal seemed a bit spotty in some areas of the hotel. IT was NOT a major issue, though.

mixed experience due to noise and service
significant noiserude waiter
the noise was a significant problem i experienced. i could hear loud music from the rooftop bar late into the night. earplugs were in the room but they did not block out all the noise. also the service was not always great at the rooftop bar. a waiter seemed rude and unprofessional. i am not sure i would return because of these issues.
